My “Co-creativity” identity reflects my commitment in work and life to seek creative collaboration for the benefit of self, other and community. Many interpersonal problems are created through obvious and subtle contributions from those involved. Such problems can be transformed through developing compassionate awareness of our own negative contribution and daring to risk being open & creative rather than using familiar defences. A Co-creative* perspective also celebrates that which we already do well and seeks to build upon natural and cultivated abilities in service of our individual and collective aspirations.
