I am an Executive Coach, Trainer and Publisher. I work for various organisations in a freelance capacity including work as an Executive Coach for London Business School (Executive Education). I am former Director of Training for the Counselling and Psychotherapy Training Institute and a qualified Transactional Analysis psychotherapist.
 I have co-developed a contemporary approach to Transactional Analysis called “Co-creative TA” which underpins my work as a coach and training consultant. Find out more here.
I have over 25 years experience of training and coaching individuals and groups in a variety of contexts including voluntary, statutory and corporate organisations. My intention is always to help people strengthen the connection between who they are and what they do. This leads to improved personal engagement that is not just a “better performance” but a genuine and powerful expression of self at work for the benefit of the individual and their organisation.
I live in the Cotswolds, South-West England but travel extensively for work and pleasure. I have most recently presented at the TA World conference in South Africa and will be keynote speaker at the Australasian TA conference in New Zealand at the end of October.
